Tortoise Share “Shake Hands With Danger” Live Video

Tortoise by Andrew Paynter

Revered instrumental group Tortoise, comprised of Doug McCombs, Dan Bitney, Jeff Parker, John McEntire, and John Herndon, will be touring heavily throughout 2016 in support of The Catastrophist, their new album, which is out now via Thrill Jockey. They have recently confirmed new dates, including festival appearances at Villette Sonique, and This Is Not A Love Song, and NOS Primavera Sound. Full list of tour dates can be viewed below.

To coincide with these new shows, Tortoise have just shared a fantastic live video for “Shake Hands With Danger“, a hypnotic, bass-and-beat missive of a track and one of the standouts from the new record.
