Spiritual Front will release the double album, Amour Braque, on March 23 via Prophecy Productions (Alcest, Darkher). French for ‘Mad Love’, Amour Braque is conceptually described as “a sincere and cruel analysis of what love/sex relations are, a path that switches between tenderness and rot”.
Today we’ve the pleasure to bring you the premiere of Spiritual Front’s gloomy, dark brand new album, Amour Braque. The Italian “suicide pop” trio once again continue to refine and improve their own trademark sound, instead of repeating themselves. Amour Braque is conceptual piece, that relies on their very own atmosphere, emotional rawness and the way they brilliant flirt gothic-folk with their own pop-sensibility.

Frontman Simone H. (“Hellvis”) Salvatori said the following about their new album: “I believe ‘Amour braque’ is the outcome of an inner path that formed through betrayal and redemption, shrouded by a grim sexuality and innocent perversion. A restless research for a distant light, too far to be adored and considered, a light no one can put out. A breath that doesn’t save us, but that is pushing us to desire even more. Musically speaking, I assume, it can be considered as the final suicide pop manifesto: a catchy mix of decadent folk, sinister alt. rock, and black soul with an intense touch of gloomy 60’s songwriting.”
Featuring striking cover art by cult surrealist artist Saturno Buttò, Amour Braque features guest musicians Matt Howden, King Dude, Client and more.
Amour Braque arrives on March 23rd via Prophecy Productions.
