Christine is the experimental neofolk/ambient project from Marco Landi (Aseptic White Age) and it’s the first tale of five chapters of what we might call a journey through the deepness state of pure unconsciousness. Slyly tuneful, beatless and clearly evocative, All Those Years We Weren’t Together is a conceptual piece that explores and tackles life, death and life between death, the ride to the unknown that is cerebral coma. Extremely moody and loose, Christine is dynamic, experimental and dreamy, where jazz, neofolk and ambient graciously combine to create this unique and introspective minimalist sonic intensity. All Those Years We Weren’t Together challenges the listener and the array of textures and moods creates an emotional and unexpected experience.
