Hailing from Los Angeles, Sophie Strauss has shared today her new video for “Dog Fight“, track taken from her new album Hard Study, which is inspired by Sophie’s female lineage, and to be released on December 14th.
Sophie comments on the meaning of the song, “[it’s] about being put on a pedestal by a dude who has projected his fantasies onto you and about not caring if you disappoint him because his expectations are ridiculous anyway. It’s about feeling okay with casual sex and feeling okay being alone, mostly.”
